EFT Tapping and me

I stumbled across this video...

Something clicked for me with this guy (maybe it was the hair) and I just stopped what I was doing and followed his instructions on the video. I have never heard of EFT Tapping but the brain signals thing synchronizes so well with what I know about OCD and Anxiety (I have both) that it just makes sense.
My Dad once told me that when are born our brains are like a jungle, wild and random...as we grow and learn things...we build paths then roads then highways for our thoughts, habits, knowledge. The thing with OCD or Anxiety (and from what I'm learning about EFT...any emotion) is that these bumpy roads get all messed up and we lose control over our thoughts so that we get stuck in these ruts of worry, worry...obsess, obsess. When my OCD is strong...it has come and gone throughout my life...I do rituals to ease the anxiety because for some reason I really feel that if I don't those bad thoughts that I have may come true. It's horrible.
Anyway, EFT Tapping is supposed to reprogram the neurons, the thought process and get us out of those emotional ruts.
I have done this video once and the sense of peace I feel from it is pretty awesome. I actually do feel different, as though the emotion I chose to work on is either gone or lessened or just doesn't matter as much. The tapping totally fits into my own sense of rhythm too...let's just hope I don't get obsessive over it...ha!

I'm also loving her blog so far...Natalie Hill EFT Tapping Techniques
